Gamification: How it will change the way we work

Morgan Lynch, one of the early pioneers in crowdsourcing, will address how people working remotely are changing the definition of traditional employer/employee relationships. His experience with both Logoworks (which was acquired by HP in 2007), and now Needle will also help companies understand how to access crowdsourced workers' intrinsic motivation through gamification and forward-thinking.
